No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled reading.

Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost.

If you do not attend your reading and fail to notify us, the session will be considered a no-show, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.

We understand life happens. If an unavoidable emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you within reason.
